This immersive culinary journey begins with a vibrant morning visit to a traditional wet market where you’ll select fresh local ingredients, followed by a tour of the organic riverside farm where vegetables, herbs, and flowers flourish naturally.
Experience traditional kampong (village) culture as you explore the lush grounds, complete with a flowing mountain stream, bamboo structures, and free-roaming chickens. Under the expert guidance of Chef Rose, learn to prepare authentic northern Malaysian dishes using farm-fresh, organic ingredients in a tranquil outdoor kitchen setting.
